How it runs

Twenty-one days, start to live

A typical rebuild. Bigger scopes stretch the build phase; the shape stays the same.

01
Day 1–3

Audit

We crawl the store, read the analytics, and come back with a ranked list of what is costing you money.

02
Day 4–6

Blueprint

Wireframes, section schema and a scope you sign off on. No surprises later.

03
Day 7–18

Build

Sections built on a staging theme, reviewed at the end of every second day.

04
Day 19–21

Launch

Redirect map, schema validation, Lighthouse pass, then we push live and watch the dashboards.

05
Ongoing

Compound

Monthly reporting and a rolling backlog so the store keeps getting better.

In their words

Trusted by teams who shipped with us

They rebuilt our PDP in two weeks and add-to-cart went up by nearly half. The handover doc alone was worth what we paid.
PN Priya NairHead of Growth, Homeware brand
First agency that sent us a fix list instead of a slide deck. Everything was in the theme editor, so our team stopped raising tickets.
RM Rahul MehtaFounder, D2C apparel
Our mobile Lighthouse went from 41 to 94. Ads got cheaper the same month.
SQ Sana QureshiMarketing Lead, Beauty
Their WordPress rebuild finally matched what our brand actually looks like elsewhere.
AA Ahmed Al FarsiDirector, Hospitality (UAE)
Clear timeline, no surprise invoices, and the store has not gone down once since launch.
NK Neha KapoorOperations Manager, Retail
Technical SEO work moved us from page 3 to the top of page 1 for our main category term.

Usually within a week. Audit work can start the day the brief is signed; build slots open on a rolling basis.
Yes. Most of our work is on live stores. We build on a duplicate theme, review on staging, and publish only after your sign-off.
Every colour, image, heading and toggle is exposed as a theme editor setting. You get a walkthrough doc and a recorded handover.
Single sections start small; a full rebuild is scoped after the audit. You will see a fixed number before anything is booked.
Yes, and we prefer to do both. Structured data, crawl hygiene and speed are decided at build time, not bolted on afterwards.
